Mom's Last Night Out

This pic was taken November 28, 2012 after picking up Laura's new glasses from the Optometrist.  She had been nauseous this whole night but couldn't resist stopping by Taco Time on the way home for her favorite crisp bean burrito's. It was 5 days later on Monday, December 3rd that Laura texted me at work with a message that read something like, "Oh, Crap!" That's the day we found out why Laura had been so sick!

December 25, 2012 First Glimpse

We don't know the gender yet but on Christmas Night, 9 weeks along, we got our 1st look at our new baby. We were at the ER of the hospital after Laura had an allergic reaction to the shellfish at her Aunts Christmas party. Turns out, it was a wonderful emergency because that night we got the best present ever.. these three pictures of a very healthy Elijah (boy) or Grace (girl). At this point the baby is about the size of a pea!
